Established in 1982, ABSSAC continues to be a dynamic company providing unmatched engineering support to all of the products they supply. ABSSAC supplies rotary and linear power transmission products from its purpose-built facility situated in the Vale of Evesham. An in-house machining facility ensures a quick turnaround for its lead screws and nuts program. Quality assurance is delivered through BS EN ISO9001: 2015 as well as maintaining full approval to the accreditation register - JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register).
When selecting a technically and cost-effective solution for a linear motion or actuation application, it can be easy to become limited by a specific manufacturer’s range of products.
As an authorised distributor and stockist for several world-leading linear motion and actuation manufacturers, we offer solutions that best suit the application rather than a solution that best suits the manufacturer. Acorn has experienced technical experts that can discuss (including on-site visits) your application to gain a proper understanding of your requirements. We will then work with you to propose the best solution based on the most appropriate products for your application.
Advanced Adhesives was founded in 1996 and has grown into a thriving company which has grown 20% year on year for the last 8 years.
We have experts in adhesives, can offer advice and provide testing facilities to offer customers a higher degree of flexibility, shorter lead times, better communication and an ability to rapidly develop solid solutions, no matter the order quantity.
We have achieved our rapid growth by significant investment in automation, which has helped us to reduce costs and set the standard for deliveries. Our in house testing facilities help customers deliver stronger and safer products, and we have recently moved to a 1000m² facility to keep up with increasing demand, building a brand new production facility in the process.
We pride ourselves on meeting customer needs and have delivered 99.4% of orders on time in the last 5 years. We constantly pursue innovation and have seen great success in many sectors with our new low energy bonder (PP3000). Solving what once was a notoriously hard problem for designers and engineers alike, allowing them to use cheaper, more readily available materials and making them more profitable in the process.
We are a British owned and operated adhesives company and we export worldwide. We hope to build partnerships with our customers and establish bonds that go beyond the engineering.
